Invisible No More: Marketing That Reaches Abortion-Minded Women
In an AI-driven search environment, visibility is no longer about simply having a website or running ads. It requires strategic Google compliance, intelligent use of ad grants and paid campaigns, AI Optimization (AIO/AEO/SEO), reputation management, and conversion-focused website structure. Without these elements working together, pregnancy centers risk being invisible at the very moment women are making life-altering decisions.
This workshop is designed for executive directors and leadership teams who want to move from reactive marketing to intentional, measurable growth. Participants will gain clarity on budgeting for impact, identifying and tracking meaningful KPIs, strengthening online credibility, and reaching abortion-minded women more effectively — even in highly competitive and culturally challenging environments like New York.

Attendees will leave with a practical framework they can implement immediately, along with a clearer understanding of how strategic visibility positions their center to be seen, trusted, and chosen.

Simple Strategic Planning
For many Executive Directors, the idea of developing a strategic plan is overwhelming! But it does not have to be. It can be an exciting, collaborative effort for your board and staff that will help you prepare budgets, write grants, pitch proposals, and communicate clearly to staff and donors. All while helping you reach your center's goals. In this workshop, we will explain the template, begin the process, and get you to a point where you can finish the strategic plan within one week. Your board will love it, and you will finally have a plan that works for you!

Trauma Informed Care in Pregnancy Help
This workshop offers a heart-centered look into the neuroscience of trauma, designed to help pregnancy center and maternity home teams better understand how it shapes the brain, behavior, and decision-making. Together, we’ll explore how a client’s unique history can influence their relationships and their ability to engage with care. Our goal is to equip you with practical, trauma-informed tools that foster an environment of safety, trust, and genuine compassion. For those dedicated to serving families from difficult backgrounds, this session provides the insight needed to offer care that is both deeply supportive and truly effective.

Cracking the Millennial Giving Code
The New York Times and Cerulli Associates are already talking about “The Greatest Wealth Transfer in history.” Nearly $124 trillion in assets is set to change hands through 2048, according to estimates by the consulting firm Cerulli Associates. The recipients, primarily members of Generation X (those born between 1965 and 1980), millennials (1981-1996) and Gen Z (born after 1997), are expected to inherit some $106 trillion of that amount, mainly from baby boomers, with the rest going to charity. The majority of this amount, $46 Trillion will be inherited by Millennials.

If your center has been ignoring potential Millennial donors, now is the time to START paying attention to this age demographic! In this session we will Identify who millennials are, their values, and how to engage them financially and as volunteers in pregnancy center ministry. We will explore how your branding and brand trust sends a message to potential donors, specifically those under 50. You will leave this session with practical tips on how to identify and reach millennials and create lasting relationships to help your center reach more women and families.

Navigating AI with your mission and your values intact.
AI is one of the most powerful and potentially dangerous technologies humanity has ever created. The threats are real, and the pro-life movement needs to take them seriously. But ignoring AI won't make it go away. At the same time, the way people find pregnancy centers is changing fast. Google is often no longer the front door. Social media and AI are replacing traditional search, abortion pill by mail is reducing walk-in appointments, and most pregnancy centers are not prepared for what's coming. The organizations that understand AI, approach it wisely, and use it with conviction will be the ones still reaching women five years from now. In this session, Jess Ford will break down the real threats and opportunities, and give you a practical roadmap for navigating AI with your mission and your values intact.
